Because our customers are important to us, we like to make sure you will be a good fit for our company.  The following six steps are a general overview of the building process.

1. Submit Your detailed plans from a qualified architect or engineering firm.

2. We will review the plans and ask questions about your project and about you to help us better understand the job at hand.

3. We will give you a quote and negotiate details about your project including plan options and payments required.

4. We will obtain all necessary permits and establish a start and completion date.

5. The construction process is underway and bi-weekly meetings are held between C. Richard Smoker and yourself at the job site, to go over details of the different phases of the project.  You will appreciate the clean, professional way we conduct business.  We allow no smoking or radios on the job site.

6. Upon completion and final payment, your home is ready to live-in and enjoy.
